1xbet is probably the most legendary and at the same time the worst casino I know. Registration there is very easy, all you have to do is click the “Register” button and it gives you a login and password right away. It seems convenient, just log in and place your bets, but then if that account file gets lost, it becomes impossible to restore the account, and you cannot create a new one. On top of that, this casino is famous for punishing people for no reason. I had a situation with this casino in 2018, when they deducted my entire balance. It was not a big one, $400, but it was very unpleasant to hear from support that I had lost it, even though I was not playing. After I said that I had not lost the balance, they sent me for verification and asked for a ton of documents, photos, contracts, but I stopped at notarized documents, and that was already a serious investment into who knows what. I accepted it and never played on that site again.
They processed deposits quickly, there were no problems with rubles from a card back then, withdrawals came within a day, but this situation destroyed all trust. Later I found out that I was not the only one. I strongly do not recommend this casino.

1xBet casino, I still remember how I first got into it when I was still pretty green and started playing. In one word, it is a casino old-timer of sorts. For three years I played only there, because this casino covered all my needs, lots of providers, a huge selection of slots, regular bonuses, and good wagering conditions, all of that kept me from leaving the project. Not long ago I decided to come back and play again, I played from my old account and was surprised by the return, I hit a few bonus rounds in 200-250 spins and made a pretty solid x on my deposit. I put part of the amount up for withdrawal and kept playing, then suddenly I see the balance is back to what it was, I did not understand what was going on, and it turned out they had canceled the withdrawal because, as it turned out, I had not gone through verification in the casino. Well, I thought, fine, if they are asking me to complete verification, then I need to do it. I sent in my details for checking and, expecting quick identification, sat there waiting. An hour passed, then a second, then a third, and only almost six hours later did I see the long-awaited “verification successfully completed”. I put the money up for withdrawal again and did not notice that they had started taking a 3% fee for crypto withdrawals, time goes by, terms change, I thought. The casino still has good return, which makes me happy as an experienced user.

1xBet was the first casino I started playing at. And just so you understand, back then I did not even know there were slots, live games, and all that. I was just betting on sports. I registered in 2020 and started playing. The signup was quick, and not once did they ask me to complete verification. I have withdrawn money many times.
Among the pros, I can mention the sportsbook and live betting. There are plenty of good options and events here that you will not find in other casinos. I also liked the nice design and the user friendly interface. You can play in many currencies, and a lot of cryptocurrencies are supported too.
Among the cons are the many complaints and reviews saying the casino cheats players. Verification takes a long time. The withdrawal fee for cryptocurrency is 3%. There can be problems with card deposits and slow card withdrawals. I personally have often had deposits go missing and only show up after several days. When you contact support, they often reply with canned responses. The casino is decent until you hit a good win and as long as they do not ask for verification. But if they do ask you to go through it, you may have to wait a long time. They also deliberately ask for the same documents several times. Overall, for 2020 it was a decent casino, but by 2026 there are already many other places to play.

I’ve known 1xBet for about 3-4 years, although now I practically don’t play and honestly haven’t been logging in regularly for a long time. But at the very start of my casino “career” I spent quite a lot of time right here 🙂 Registration is simple, everything is done quickly, and over all this time I also had no problems with verification. As I understand it, KYC can be requested already in some serious or unusual situations.

The site itself works fine, there are versions for Android and the iOS app is also pretty decent. The design is nothing fancy, but navigation is convenient. It’s clear the project is geared more toward sports, but the slot selection is decent too, there are enough providers.

As for bonuses, in my opinion, 1xBet is a bit behind more modern projects right now. There are deposit bonuses, different promos pop up from time to time, there is weekly cashback, but I don’t really see any genuinely interesting perks for the player. Probably that’s one of the reasons why I barely deposit here now. Although sometimes I throw in a little just to spin the old favorite slots.

Deposits and withdrawals have always gone through pretty quickly for me. The only thing I don’t like is the withdrawal rule: if you topped up from a certain card or wallet, then you have to withdraw to the same method. Not always convenient.

I definitely won’t trash 1xBet too hard. Over several years the project has never really let me down, so my attitude is rather positive. It’s just that right now there are casinos that are more interesting, especially in terms of bonuses and convenience for the player.

Recently I decided to try that same 1xBet that you hear about in every movie. I played both sports bets and casino. The selection of sports bets is impressive – there are lots of different matches across different disciplines, even low-tier tournaments. The odds are decent, they update quickly (a minus for some). As for deposit methods, it’s standard, except for some reason at first it would not let me transfer from the bank card that the site gave me, then the problem went away. The main problem is withdrawals. I saw that people complain about delays: one withdrawal can arrive in a couple of hours, another can get stuck for three to five days without any clear explanation. My request sat there for two days, I did not write to support. With small amounts and cryptocurrency, the money arrives noticeably faster. The wagering requirement on bonuses (x30-x40) in some games is counted with some unclear coefficient lower than the actual bet, I did not get the point, it is practically impossible to clear them. I played casino less than bets, because when I decided to poke around the slots, they loaded unnaturally long. Of course I understand that the problem could be my internet too, but I did not have that in other projects.
