I want to leave my review of this casino so other players don’t fall for their bonus tricks.
I got a free spins bonus, that wasn’t a problem. Then I played it through and ended up with a large positive balance, after which I, of course, requested a withdrawal.
And then the administration started looking for any reasons not to pay me out.
They wrote the following to me: “Your funds have been canceled because we cannot withdraw them to your country.” Seriously, are you kidding me?
They give a bonus, your country is listed during registration and the balance is positive so that’s fine, but you can’t withdraw?
So, people, don’t fall for it!

The only complaint you could maybe have about them is that the bonus is credited, but otherwise the rules clearly state that CIS countries are not allowed to play for no-deposit bonuses and free spins. Experienced players have long known the futility of playing at casinos of the Genesys Technology N.V. group, while inexperienced players who aren’t used to reading the rules regularly get caught out by non-payment of their bonuses.
