I was away for work for three days, and my underage nephew got into the program and rolled everything, the password was set for automatic login. These bastards sent a letter saying here’s $50, you won somewhere, but it hasn’t been credited, there’s a letter. The guy lost 200 and was afraid he’d get screwed, so he tried to “get back” his money. If these scumbags had approved my withdrawal to the bank cards I used to make the deposit, which they have listed as the main withdrawal method, this wouldn’t have happened! I battled with them for a week before leaving, sent all the documents, they thought for a couple of days and replied that since you are from Russia, we can’t process the withdrawal!!!!!! And all they have for withdrawals are MasterCard, Visa, and bank checks, nothing else! I’ve already written about the bank withdrawal. I demanded to return the honestly won money, explained the situation. These animals don’t even respond. What’s the point? They provide services to Russian players, lure them in with bonus letters, but don’t follow their own rules, just refuse to give the money back!!!
