I tried playing at this casino back in February. I loaded about 5,000 rubles. Went into the slots, spun a bit – at first it paid out, then it just stayed flat on one level and I spun for about an hour, got bored and decided there was nothing interesting. I decided to withdraw the funds and go play at a casino proven by years and time, where at least something drops. Then, after I provided all the docs they blocked me for 75 days pending clarification of all circumstances, claiming that the operator performed technical work during my play and they could have overcredited or undercredited me. OK. And then after 3 months I remember that my poor 4,000 wood is still stuck in that casino. I log in, and my account is blocked forever. In support chat they said they annul the won funds because some rules were violated, but they won’t say which ones and they’re not obliged to explain anything at all. In short, this is the first casino in my life that scammed me out of pocket change – apparently they’re really struggling if they’re nickel-and-diming with such pedo-rubles. Well, conclusions drawn, what can you say. Naturally, I didn’t break any rules, I played 2-3 games and just realized there was no point, decided to withdraw funds that had been wagered according to their own wager requirements. But blocking an account without explaining which rules I violated – to me that’s a violation on the casino’s part. All the best and don’t go to Lakomister if you don’t want to be cheated.
