Play Fortuna has long been associated with an old, reliable casino for me, so I decided to check in again and see how it is now. I topped up from my card with 1,000 rubles. The money arrived in about 20 minutes.

I started with Zeus, spun with small bets, and this time it was dead, no matter how long I waited for a decent spin, it never gave me anything. I got pissed off, opened the first Bonanza I came across, and there it got a lot more fun, I managed to pull out another 700 rubles. Overall, no complaints about the payout, one slot stays quiet, another suddenly pays.

Everything is good with the bonuses here. Free spins, promo codes, tournaments are all there, I used all of it, the tournaments themselves are decent, but I did not manage to win anything. The only thing I do not like is that if you do not log in for a few days, part of the perks burn off. The casino is deliberately pushing you to come back more often, which triggers me as a person with an addiction.

What annoyed me most was the verification. I had already gone through it, but they made me send the documents again. Support did not help much, the answers were more canned than useful. The project itself is reliable, but the account check and support really need to be properly polished up.

Hello, I’ve been signed up on this site for 4 years.

I like the interface, as for me there is nothing unnecessary, but I do not understand why they removed the RTP before entering a slot, apparently there is something behind that. Although on this project “RTP” is just three letters and nothing more. It means nothing, since everything is pure scripting.

Two and a half years of play, and very active too (the deposits are small, but there are just tons of them). My record without a withdrawal is 115 deposits 🙈😁 (well, in reality everything was just hopeless, anything above 10k rubles had no chance, with an average deposit of 3k rubles. Then once it gave me 100k (I withdrew 60). And then I started depositing and depositing again. I’ll put in 100k net, and they let me win 20-25k. And it all starts over. The site runs on maximum scripting. Just Groundhog Day, 30 days of deposits, then on one day everything hits. 😂🙈🤭 And all this repeats all the time. How can that be called random? I don’t get it.

I’ve already tried to cash out 25k for the third time, I lose it, hoping maybe it’ll give something (no, it doesn’t). And then again, a huge number of deposits 🤷‍♀️ as if I had cashed out those big wins 😁, and honestly, after pouring money in, it really can go a whole week without playing at all.

It all comes down to the fact that “all casinos” really can manipulate the payback (apparently it all depends on their appetite 🤷‍♀️).

Guys, if you’re just getting into casinos for play, don’t even try, first, you won’t win anything, second, I’d rate the loyalty at 3 out of 10. ❗❗❗

The bonuses are tiny all the time, 600-1000 rubles. Once every two years they might, after a scandal, give something bigger.( they just gave 2000 rubles).

The birthday bonuses are also seriously stingy 😁 they cut them to the max, and if someone files a complaint on 4LUCK, they toss in something extra there (why not just give it properly right away) with annual losses of 500k rubles, they give 1500 rubles 😂 then they add another 2000 through a complaint)))) just ridiculous!

The casino is honest when it comes to payouts, if a deposit goes missing, they’ll find it, but winning is impossible, absolutely impossible 😑

I’m a i**ot, and I’ll keep fighting this battle. I’m really curious how much audacity they have to keep my account in the red. I won’t lose more than I should( as they say, you can’t jump above your head) I just want to see how much longer this circus will go on 😅

As I understand it, this is already a very old casino, but I came here not that long ago, and it feels like right now it is not in its best period))

Registration is standard, there is verification, and for some reason I have already gone through it 2 times. Out of all the casinos, this is the first one that feels so nerve-racking. The site design is decent, it does not hurt your eyes, and you will not get lost in the sections.

Crypto deposits arrive in about 10 minutes, withdrawals are fast too. I only topped up by card once and there was a problem, they sorted it out in a day, so thanks for that, but I did not risk it again.

There is a bonus system, but it is not very attractive, you have to be a really active player to get any kind of minimal bonuses.

The slot selection is good, you cannot try them all. All the top and not-so-top providers are there. But the return leaves a lot to be desired. The slots do not play the way they usually do in other casinos, they seem to have their own scripts and are set up to drain the player. Out of 7 deposits, 1 withdrawal, and even that was equal to the deposit, I just could not keep watching that and cashed out. Although I know for sure people who hit good wins here in past years. Maybe they are slowly draining the casino.

For me, this casino is not an option for further play

I decided to reminisce about my younger days, jumped into Play Fortuna and got pure bad luck)))) No matter how much I deposited there, I did not see any good bonuses or fast cashouts. Because there simply were none :/ Well, let’s start from the beginning, I lost my old account and could not recover it, unfortunately support did not help at all. I created a new one and happily started burning through it on whatever I could. There are tons of slots since the casino is old, but I did not see the popular 3D slots that have been around for ages, clearly not keeping up with the times. One deposit got stuck completely, I had to contact support, but it feels like they help more morally than technically)))) I have huge questions about your RTP, maybe it was just an unlucky day, but this is some kind of swamp. There are lots of promotions, they are all standard, I did not find anything new or truly bonus-like for myself. Verification is pretty fast, with such RTP that is not surprising. The casino design has not changed for years, nothing new, everything is just like it was about eight years ago. Would I play there again, probably I would pass. At least until they start working properly

I have been playing on this platform for about seven years now, and I will tell you one thing: over all those years I only once crawled out of the red and into a small $100 profit. So you understand, total deposits over the whole time were $33,000, withdrawals $25,000. Somewhere in the middle of 2020 I hit that small profit, and after that it just kept eating and eating my money, occasionally spitting back 30-40% of what I was pouring into this Play Fortuna casino, which I strongly advise you not to do!!! The climax was this morning! After being down 107,000 rubles I somehow won back 63,500 and put them up for withdrawal, and in the end this morning I saw the funds debited, but I did not find them in my account 😲 and when I asked where the money was, Zina, they told me that because I had violated the casino rules by withdrawing to a card that was not mine, the money had been debited and the winnings voided! There you have it, gentlemen, checkmate!!!
