Trino Casino – promises of VIP service, but in reality glitches, low RTP and complete indifference
My experience playing at Trino Casino is an example of how a casino advertised as “fair and reliable” through a Pragmatic Play affiliate link fails to meet the claimed standards in practice.
Abnormally low RTP
In Pragmatic Play slots, especially during long sessions, the RTP is noticeably lower than the stated values. Wins and bonus games occur extremely rarely, which is confirmed by my statistics.
Constant technical glitches
Gaming sessions are regularly interrupted by errors, causing wins to be lost and disrupting the gameplay.
No VIP service
Despite my VIP status, I was not assigned a personal manager, and all support replies are a set of generic phrases without specifics.
Ignoring requests
The casino doesn’t resolve issues; it just stalls, answering with templates.
