I played at Slotocash casino about 5 years ago, in 2013. I deposited around €300, got a decent bonus, won some money and started wagering the bonus. At the time of completing the wager my account had about €2,500. I requested a withdrawal and got silence. I started contacting them – they replied that I supposedly violated a rule that when wagering you cannot place bets over €5. I hadn’t seen any such rule anywhere, the site was entirely in English back then. I told them – it’s your fault that your system allows playing with such bets that you yourselves decided would be forbidden, so you should pay the money. Then I suggested they restore my balance to what it was before I started playing with bets over €5. Then I asked them to at least give me €300. To all proposals – a flat no, you violated the rules and all the money is voided. They also later blocked my account. Summary – they’ll pay small amounts, for big sums they’ll find a way not to pay. I posted about this on November 7, 2013 in the VKontakte group SlotoCash Online Casino.
Slotocash is a greedy casino, don’t play there! I won $180 from them, they wanted to pay, they checked the documents for a long time, but in the end they refused!
