Complaint Guidelines

⚖️ Read the official rules for publishing online casino complaints at 4LUCK. Learn how to correctly submit your dispute, what evidence to provide, and how our free ADR service works. Follow our guidelines to ensure a fair, confidential, and quick resolution to your delayed payouts or blocked accounts in 2026.
Before you publish a complaint on the site, please read the following rules carefully.
If you just want to share negative impressions from playing at a casino – this section is not for you. For that purpose use our forum and the reviews and comments sections attached to each casino listed on 4LUCK.
Be honest and transparent! If you hide the true facts or even part of them – it will be very difficult for us to help resolve your issue.
If the casino you want to complain about is not listed on our site – we will not be able to help you.
We handle complaints related exclusively to online casinos.
Please describe your claims as thoroughly and in as much detail as possible: the more we learn about your problem, the greater the chance we can help quickly. But please don’t send us novels – aim for the middle ground between a two-sentence note and a two-volume epic.
Offensive language is a direct route to blocking and later deleting your account, since publishing it is a clear violation of our General Rules and Terms.
If you have evidence supporting your claims – great! Attach it to your post. But make sure to hide any personal information that should not be made public (names, addresses, bank account numbers, card numbers, phone numbers, etc.). The complaints section is public and anyone can view your post. Note that posting fake evidence is the quickest way to get your account blocked.
If you violated the rules clearly stated on any of our services, sorry, but we are powerless here. We help players who have encountered difficulties. Assessing whether a casino’s rules are fair is not our responsibility. In such cases you can use our forum.
Please don’t use Caps Lock in your complaints. In online communities words written entirely in uppercase are considered shouting, and we don’t accept that behavior.
In your post, please state exactly what you expect the casino to do. If you yourself don’t know what outcome you want – we won’t be able to help. You will only waste both your time and ours.
We don’t expect literary genius from you, but please make sure your text is understandable.
Before posting a complaint please make sure it does not duplicate one already published. If the complaint you posted was not resolved or was rejected for some reason, but now you have new information about the issue – please contact us by email [email protected] – we will help you reopen the review of your complaint.
All participants in a given complaint have 96 hours to respond. If you missed your turn, please contact support instead of posting the complaint again. Also, please do not flood or discuss the subject of the complaint in the complaint post. Remember that we invest time and effort to resolve your issues, so posting accusations, spam, flame, or trolling directed at the casino is at best bad manners and only shows disrespect for our efforts on your behalf.
If during the review of your complaint the problem is fully or partially resolved – please inform us immediately. You can post an update in the complaint thread or contact support.
We will do our best to review and publish your complaint within 96 hours, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that speed. Please be patient and give us a couple of days while we help other players.
Another sure way to get banned from all services offered by 4LUCK is to use the complaints section to attempt blackmail or make threats toward any online casino. Such actions are strictly prohibited on our site.
