On 27.08.26, I made two deposits totaling 1k. I requested a withdrawal of 50k, after which they asked me for verification. On 28.08.26, they canceled the verification and the withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal of 40k and sent the documents for verification. Nothing changes, the account is basically frozen, and support just says: wait. And today is already 30.08.26, and the problem still has not been resolved
