Hello! At the manager’s advice, I tried playing at NORM casino, registration went quickly. I lost my first deposit, and on the second one I won (I canceled the bonus right after depositing) 400000, put 100000 up for withdrawal, and then it started, after a day I got a withdrawal refusal, they demanded verification, I uploaded the documents, after a day I got a refusal for 2 documents, uploaded them again, they refused the bank statement again, I uploaded one from another bank. And everything got stuck. Verification has already been going on for the 4th day! Please help me figure out the verification and withdrawal

Only for some reason they set a limit of 50,000 rubles per withdrawal, even though I have loyalty level 10
