On August 29, I made 3 withdrawals totaling 53,000 rubles. I waited more than a day for the withdrawal to be approved, but in the end the withdrawal requests were rejected because of a lack of verification, even though it had not been required before and I had already withdrawn money. I submitted a verification request, sent all the documents, and have been waiting for review for almost two days. The operators give standard answers like “Wait”. They do not say how long the document check will take. In the end, for 3 days now I have not been able to withdraw my money
