Royal Reels Casino: I can't make a withdrawal since 15.07.2026

On July 15, 2026, I registered with Royal Reels and deposited 279,75 dollars in cryptocurrency. The deposit went through without any issues. I received a 100% bonus with x40 wagering, fully met the playthrough requirements, and kept playing with no active bonus. As a result, my real balance was 698,27 dollars.

When I try to withdraw money to USDT TRC20, the same error appears every time: “SOMETHING WENT WRONG! An error occurred.” In the screenshot, you can see the 698,27 dollar balance, the withdrawal amount of 698 dollars, and the selected USDT TRC20 method.

I contacted support right away. At first they asked me for documents, and I sent my passport. After that, they repeatedly told me to clear the cache and cookies, use incognito mode, another browser, another device, and another internet connection.

I did everything: I tried several browsers, a desktop computer, a laptop, and a phone, Wi-Fi and mobile internet, V@N from different countries, different amounts, and different cryptocurrencies. The error always stayed the same. I also sent video and screenshots.

Support confirmed in writing that my account is not blocked and has no restrictions that would prevent withdrawal. This confirms that the problem is not related to my account status.

I also thought that the error might only be happening for me. So I asked a friend to register a separate account and try to withdraw a small amount in cryptocurrency. The exact same error appeared on his account. This confirms that the problem is systemic and is on Royal Reels’ side.

From July 16 to 20, I received about ten emails from support. Almost all of them contained the same template text: the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department, it is under review, and I just need to wait.

However, nothing changed every time: the withdrawal did not work, the money was not paid out, and no specific resolution date was given. In one of the emails, the casino openly admitted that it could not name a deadline for completing the review. My last email from July 20 was not answered at all.

The main problem is that crypto deposits work without any issues, but it is technically impossible to withdraw the money.

I am asking for help in getting Royal Reels to pay out the full 698,27 dollars. I am ready to provide screenshots, video, proof of the deposit and balance, documents, all correspondence with support, and proof of the same error on another account.
