The Brave team announced it has built a cryptocurrency wallet into the browser. Brave Wallet lets users store, manage, expand, and swap their crypto portfolio.
At the same time, the wallet works without extensions; it is built into the browser, which reduces security risks and doesn’t require additional CPU and memory resources.
Brave promised that users can make transactions with virtually any crypto asset, as well as connect to other wallets and Web3 DApps.
Brave users will also be able to continue using other wallets, including MetaMask or the first version of Brave’s wallet called Crypto Wallets.
With Brave Wallet they will be able to:
view price charts with data from CoinGecko;
find the best swap option;
send and receive assets;
use Wyre’s fiat-to-crypto feature;
interact with DApps for any EVM-compatible network;
manage a portfolio with NFTs;
import your wallet from MetaMask, the legacy Brave Crypto Wallets extension, or hardware wallets like Trezor and Ledger;
send and receive NFTs.
I wrote a while ago that they built it into cryptotab browser – but it’s complete bullshit, you’ll earn about 10 bucks in BTC over 2 months if you run YouTube and use it round-the-clock )))))
How much can you trust this browser? What do most people in the know think?! Judging by the specs it’s really top-notch and it works great on my iPhone! I’ll say more – I really liked it and the main thing is that there’s no f**king ads! But when it comes to crypto………… I’m in doubt….
Hot topic! Respect for covering it !
