Crypto room CoinPoker has started working on transactions with Polygon Network and to mark this is launching three promotions: a cash race with separate leaderboards for NLH and PLO worth $15,000 each, a tournament series of 14 events with a leaderboard totalling $60,000 in prizes, and a $2,500 freeroll for depositors.

What is Polygon Network?

Due to the rapid rise in Ethereum’s price, the blockchain on which CoinPoker operates, room players had to pay high fees for transfers, which negatively affected the already low traffic.

The solution was to move all room transactions to the Polygon Network, which is a so-called “layer-2 secured solutions network”. To date, more than 1 million addresses have been created on Polygon, and over 80 million transactions are processed daily. In May 2021 Polygon joined Mark Cuban Companies – the list of companies supported by billionaire Mark Cuban.

Now in CoinPoker’s cashier there is the option to make deposits and cashouts not only in ETH, BTC, USDT, and CHP, but also using the network’s coin – MATIC. Fees when using the last three options are much lower than they were until recently.

Traffic at CoinPoker

Although CoinPoker can be called the most popular of all crypto poker rooms, the amount of play there is currently at a low level.

In the evening hours European time there are only about 20-25 active cash tables, and tournaments gather 20-30 entrants. Hold’em draws the most action, most of it is at NL $5-50, but there is also one table each at NL $100, NL $200 and even NL $500. Omaha, including 5-card, is presented in the lobby with the same limits but with three times fewer tables.

On the other hand, such “cozy” conditions will make the new promotions more profitable for gaining extra value, even taking into account that the promos will increase traffic.

Players who make a deposit in MATIC, USDT or CHP using the Polygon network before December 4 will be automatically registered for a special freeroll with a prize pool of $2,500, which will take place on December 5 at 22:00 Moscow time.

very sane and cool news! My respect to you for this kind of information! Really worthwhile info!

.of course hold’em with players from all over the world is cool! and no questions there! you should and can play! it’s not that rotten f**king Evolution which has really become so brazen that it shamelessly shows its scam and rigged nature at times during system errors. this is a different matter. overall, nice job!
