No withdrawals from Matreshka-casino for over 5 days

Hello. Might be useful for those who, like me, decide to play at this “casino”, here’s the deal. I saw info about this project in the bonus feed, entered a bonus code, spun the free spins, got a little, didn’t clear the wagering, lost it.

Then I decided to make a deposit of 2000 rubles, the balance was hanging by a thread, sometimes down to 50 rubles, but eventually I “got lucky” and increased it to a total of 9310 rubles. Without thinking much I requested a withdrawal of 9300 rubles on 16.06.2021 at 04:26:21.

The next day I asked about the payout and how long it would take. The operator calmly explained that withdrawals are processed within 1-5 days from the time the request is made.

Today is 21.06.2021, more than 5 days have passed, the operator says they can’t influence the withdrawal because the “fin. department” handles it, and asks to wait a little longer and the money will definitely be credited to my bank card.

Only after this incident did I try to find any information about this “casino”, but that didn’t turn up anything. From now on I’ll check reviews and feedback before making a deposit, I realize my mistake, not new to gambling, but I decided to take a risk.

If anything changes and the “fin. department” wakes up, I’ll be sure to report back.

p.s. The operators are quick and polite, but the “fin. department” is questionable.

I think they’ll cash out,but will drag it out till the last,maybe they’ll cash out,today or tomorrow,or maybe in about 2 weeks.But that’s not certain.

This looks like a casino script.Before you play you always need to check the casinos,info about the casino reviews etc.

Tsk, I get that you decided to take a risk, but really – wasn’t the min deposit enough of a risk? The casino may have a license, but that’s no reason to trust them. Show them your thread on our forum, maybe they’ll think twice and pay out. Good luck and success in your future trials.

I’ve been playing at this casino for half a year now. At first I was worried about withdrawals too. But every withdrawal request was paid; previously they used to cash out within 1-2 days, now apparently because of the load those bastards mess you around for up to 5 days – wherever I play it’s the same story(( Slots pay out, so decide for yourselves. For me they paid out on the fifth day, I requested withdrawal on July 3 and received the cash on the card on the 8th (I’ll try to screenshot to have proof), though my amount was 50k, smaller amounts were withdrawn to me within 1-2 days. Please write later what they decided about your issue. If they don’t pay you out, maybe I’ll leave this casino too, doubts have crept in, although so far I’m happy with everything, the slots are top.

In short, I deposited 500 rubles, purely for fun to spin one under a cigarette before bed, and turned it into 10k. I requested a withdrawal. They paid out in just under 2 days, as stated in their rules. Docs are stuck in processing, and the account isn’t verified.

They were paying out before too, there’s nothing new in that, but over in the complaints section they aren’t paying out to two depositors for pretty strange reasons – after winning with their own money, they accused them of creating multiple accounts to claim and cash out no-deposit bonuses.

(what??!). The funniest thing is that during the whole session I played only one slot with one bet)) it was Tome of Madness at 50 rubles.

A complaint was sent to the licensee, waiting for approval on Latest, at least there’s a representative of the matryoshkas there

This is the first time I’ve encountered outright scamming.

I ask the administration to review two rejected complaints. They are all identical and follow the same scenario. The casino is a scam that rips people off. All players’ wins are roughly the same. All follow one scenario. Creating a fake account in the player’s name is not a problem.
