Selector won't withdraw funds

Selector hasn’t been paying out 15,000 rubles since January 11.

On January 11 I won 15k rubles from their slots, requested a withdrawal, and every day they rejected it, moreover they didn’t notify me by email, in the chat they said “we don’t communicate by email”.

They demanded account verification, documents and a scan from the payment system – I sent it in the chat on January 12.

Every day I put a withdrawal request on Jan 11, 13, 14, 15 – they reject it. In the chat they first replied – “we will forward the information to the security department”, then “we will forward the information to the technical department”, basically they forward the information, and refuse to withdraw the money.

Today, January 15, they again said — that the account is still not verified.

Given that they have no no-deposit bonuses, bonuses on the 1st and 2nd deposit are absent – you can’t abuse their bonuses. So this is straight-up refusal to pay.

Judging by reviews – they pay out small amounts like 300, 1000, 2000 rubles…….what will happen if you win 30-50 thousand is not hard to guess!

On various forums I kept telling everyone not to get into that crap.. that they pay out pennies to everyone, and when it comes to a more significant withdrawal they’ll tell you to get lost. There are so many multis there, and they keep saying they can withdraw from everywhere from all accounts; when I read it I immediately understood what kind of shady operation it is…

well the question is why you even deposited and played there, there are lots of good licensed casinos with fast withdrawals, good support and reviews from real people and actual withdrawals. 
and this shoddy little outfit… maybe you’ll get lucky and they’ll scrape together pennies for you after some time, and hoping you’ll lose all that money back, since you won’t wait for the withdrawal they’ll just keep stalling time(

Well, what can I say. Actually, there’s nothing much to say. They gave them cash and they’re advertising. You’re supposedly an experienced player. Not your first year. Do you really still believe these assholes?

They’ve already paid me out quite a lot, considering I deposited pennies. But payouts drag on, there’s often an error and you have to submit the request again. Right now there’s 34k in the account, I’m already even afraid to try to withdraw, I’m putting 10 up for withdrawal for now, will wait…

No. I sent the documents straight in the chat, they confirmed them and an hour later the cash was withdrawn. But the amount was only 2500 then, later they delayed the 7400 payout, saying the security team is checking your account, didn’t pay out for about 3 days. After that it’s been mixed – sometimes fast, sometimes they drag it out. And the errors have been driving me nuts.

Play at reputable, proper casinos with a license! It was already written above! I won’t advertise a casino, but about two months ago at one new casino I got a first-deposit bonus, deposit 1000 + bonus 1000 rub, I successfully cleared it and cashed out 10k, it’s not about the money but about the payout – they paid out instantly in half an hour, didn’t ask for any documents. Turns out if it’s over 20k they ask for docs, so play at those kinds of decent casinos!

Right now I only use 2-3 casinos, the others just dropped out as unnecessary, and because of screw-ups with withdrawals,verification and other obstacles.

At minimum, you need to somehow warn new users about this kind of behavior.

Yeah the folks there are deceitful in the discussions I just checked,they’re promoting this “casino” by every means,they even offer cooperation…Negative comments are all deleted.But for the sake of profit people turn a blind eye to it.

There’s nothing you can do with this casino, you’re left only to wait. There are no levers of pressure on them, apart from putting them on blacklists on forums, but judging by the number of unpaid withdrawals, that doesn’t work in this case. They’re already almost on the blacklist here and still dragging out payments.

Maybe just contact the VK admins?So that they pay attention to them.Fraud is clearly visible.It’s a whorehouse it is, a whorehouse!Or maybe they’re even waiting to be shut down,so they can then, on full grounds, not pay the pending withdrawals…

Ts try contacting here 🔗  or as kotofei77 suggested above, write to the VK group or you can file a complaint on forums or some review sites, preferably where the casino has a representative – basically, the threat of such actions can sometimes help, if not – at least you’ll get it off your chest. Guys, read reviews on forums, play at reliable casinos, read bonus rules carefully, and you’re unlikely to have problems at all. But even if something does happen, the more reputable the establishment, the more options there are to resolve the dispute in your favor. Anyway, I wish you successful play and no problems.
