P.S. – I don’t quite get the point of playing such huge stakes online, because if things are really like people say, there’s a chance to win way, way more than a million dollars at your stakes, and that’s a very real risk of not getting paid or getting paid over many, many years. 

This seems to be a Ukrainian casino. They’re probably going to apply for a license and a scandal about non-payment isn’t profitable for them now, especially since later you could find the owners and accuse them of fraud. And if they close and rename, they’d have to throw away a ton of money again on licenses and promotion. It’s probably more profitable for them to pay a little bit at a time.
