A bit of info on how to withdraw money from a freeroll: “Good afternoon! In order to be able to withdraw funds you need to complete verification (if not completed), winnings from freerolls must be wagered before withdrawing funds.”
And regarding wagering the money from the freeroll: “The bonus is wagered as follows: $5 of real money is credited to the main account for every $20 of rake generated. The bonus is wagered based on rake (not blinds or buy-ins), rake is calculated differently for each game category.
Bonus money can also be used to play Cash games, but real money is used in play first. If there is no real money on the balance or it is not enough for a buy-in in Cash games, bonus money is used.

@md1nosaur I thought it would be the usual – real cash, but after the bit about having to play through money from a freeroll I decided to double-check. I’ve heard of this, of course, but it’s my first time encountering it in real life. Usually they apply this to bonus money, but here you even have to wash freeroll winnings through some ridiculous rake. The chance of withdrawing anything from a prize tournament without a deposit is extremely small; you’d need to catch a serious hot streak.
@md1nosaur for $150 for first place there will be $600 of rake, if you take rake as 5% then you need to grind $12,000 of turnover in cash games.
Only it’s unclear – when you play cash with bonus funds, where does the Profit go? Back into the bonus again? It’s some kind of mess, to be honest.
Really hope support made a mistake and money from the freeroll goes straight to the balance.
