Hammerfall by Play’n GO is colorful, atmospheric and with music and that’s it )
Graphics in the game are simply stunning:
Detailed symbols with great work, battle and spell animations – just wow, background effects create the atmosphere of a real fight, the color palette in a Scandinavian style – all in dark tones with bright accents.
Soundtrack is top-notch:
Thunder rolls during bonus rounds, metallic hit sounds, epic music that keeps you tense.
RTP, payout, volatility, how many times I played it – getting the bonus game in it was very hard, and the balance melted fast, I didn’t stay in it for long.
The max and potential in the slot is advertised at x30k, I at most hit x100 a couple of times and no more. I also haven’t seen screenshots from other players of wins beyond medium wins in this slot. If you spin it chasing a big x, it’s easier to spin slots from NoLimit then – in terms of hunger for stakes and advertised maxes they’re on the same level, but at least there you can actually catch big wins.
Surprised why there are no reviews for Hammerfall – there’s really a lot to see here and you certainly can’t call the slot boring! whether you like it or not.
The slot has a huge number of different features as you’d expect in these kinds of small-symbol slots. There’s a mystery symbol that replaces cheaper ones with pricier ones, a few on-spin features + a bonus, and the bonus itself has a lot of different action! Describing all the features takes a long time so I’ll just share my playing experience in the slot.
I spent a lot of time on the slot – my max was x550 but I’m sure it can do more since it has good potential!
The slot doesn’t hold the balance so if you need to spin longer for turnover it’s better not to play it, or just do 50 spins and exit with a clear conscience.
Features hit inconsistently – sometimes very often, sometimes rare – so it’s total RNG here too.
Overall the slot is pretty high-variance to me – you can spin it but be careful! Design and mechanics are top-notch and I think Play’n GO generally puts out similar slots quite well.
