Terms and conditions for using the raffles, lotteries and giveaways system of the 4LUCK project.

1. General provisions

Raffles – the 4LUCK platform section where registered members can win prizes (real money and/or 4LUCK Coins).

Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

Raffles are not gambling – they are a reward program for active community members.

These rules supplement the site’s general T&C and the 4LUCK points system Terms and Conditions, are an integral part of them and detail section 6 of those Terms.

In case of discrepancies between these rules and the terms of a specific raffle, the terms of the specific raffle take precedence.

Users must read these rules before participating in any raffle. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from compliance.

2. Definitions

Raffle – a time-limited promotion with a prize pool, participation in which is carried out by purchasing tickets.

Ticket – a unit of participation that gives a chance to win. Each ticket is assigned a unique number.

4LUCK Coins – the platform’s internal currency, credited for activity on the site. More details in the 4LUCK points system T&C.

Prize pool – the total of cash (USD) and/or coin (4LUCK Coins) prizes of a specific raffle.

User level (Rank) – the rank in the 4LUCK system reflecting a user’s activity and contribution on the platform.

Deposit between wins – a condition of certain raffles where, to receive a prize, the winner must make a minimum deposit at the partner casino after each previously received prize in raffles of that casino.

Warning points – penalty points awarded for violating site and forum rules.

3. Eligibility

To participate in raffles a user must meet all of the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have a registered account with a confirmed email address.

Have only one account on the platform. Only one account per person may participate in raffles.

Not be in statuses: “Read Only”, quarantine, or suspended.

Not be a casino representative account.

Not be personally excluded from raffles.

Have no more than 15 warning points.

Some raffles require a minimum user level (rank) – it is specified on each raffle’s page. More about the level system in the points system guide.

Certain raffles may be restricted to an invited participant list.

In cash raffles accounts with fewer than 50 posts on the site and not active for more than 90 days before the start of the raffle are not eligible to participate.

Accounts under pre-moderation are allowed to participate in raffles.

The administration reserves the right to refuse participation without explanation.

Compliance with criteria is checked both when purchasing tickets and again at the raffle stage: tickets of users who have lost eligibility by the time winners are determined are excluded from the pool.

4. Types of raffles

Free – tickets are obtained without spending 4LUCK Coins.

Paid – tickets are purchased for 4LUCK Coins; the price is shown on the raffle page.

Series – a chain of related raffles united by a common theme or casino partner.

The type of each raffle, participation cost and all restrictions are published on its page before ticket sales begin.

5. Ticket purchase

Tickets can only be purchased while the raffle is active (status “Active”).

When a paid ticket is bought, 4LUCK Coins are debited instantly and irrevocably. Coins are not refundable for purchased tickets.

Each raffle has two limits:

Daily limit – the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in one day.

Overall limit – the maximum number of tickets per user for the entire raffle duration.

Specific limits and prices are listed on each raffle’s page.

Buying a ticket does not guarantee a win – it is an entry into the pool for random selection. Chances depend directly on the total number of tickets in the raffle.

Abusing raffles by creating multi-accounts, third-party accounts, using bots or any automated means is prohibited.

6. Prizes

The prize pool of each raffle is stated on its page and may include:

Cash (USD).

4LUCK Coins.

A combination of both.

The number of winners and the prize amount per winner are fixed before the raffle starts and cannot be changed after it begins.

Winners are awarded by one of the following methods (at the administration’s discretion, depending on the raffle’s conditions):

Crediting prizes in 4LUCK Coins to the user’s platform balance.

Crediting cash prizes to the user’s account at the raffle’s partner casino.

Paying cash prizes to the user’s payment system.

Transferring prizes to third parties is prohibited.

Sharing promo codes received by private message with third parties is prohibited.

All taxes and fees related to receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The platform does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice.

7. Winner selection

Winners are selected automatically after the ticket acceptance period ends.

A cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator (CSPRNG) is used. Each ticket has an equal chance of being chosen.

Before selection, tickets of users who at the time of the raffle do not meet participation criteria (section 3) are removed from the pool.

A single user may have multiple winning tickets if they purchased more than one.

Decisions regarding winner selection are final and not subject to discussion.

8. Announcing results

Winners are announced within 2 business days after the raffle ends.

Results are published on the raffle page.

Winners receive a notification on the site and by email.

You can track your ticket status in “My raffle tickets” in your account.

9. Claiming prizes

Prizes become claimable after the results are announced and the raffle status changes to “Completed”.

4LUCK Coins are credited to the user’s balance instantly upon confirmation.

Cash prizes are processed within 2 business days; transfer may take up to 7 business days.

To receive a cash prize it may be necessary to provide the partner casino account details or payment system credentials.

Prizes should be claimed within 10 days of the results announcement. After that period unclaimed prizes may be annulled at the administration’s discretion.

The “Deposit between wins” condition: Certain raffles where the cash prize is credited to a partner casino account may include a requirement for a minimum deposit between prize receipts. This means:

If a user previously won raffles of that partner casino, to receive a new prize they must make at least one deposit of the minimum specified amount after each previously received prize.

The specific minimum deposit amount is stated on the corresponding raffle page.

This condition applies within a series of raffles from the same partner casino.

Failure to meet this condition is grounds for refusal to issue the prize.

10. Disqualification

The administration may disqualify a participant and annul a win in cases of:

Violation of platform rules, these terms or the 4LUCK points system T&C.

Use of multiple accounts (multi-accounting).

Use of third-party accounts, bots or automated means.

Attempts to manipulate results.

Detection of fraudulent activity.

Exceeding the warning points limit (>15 warning points).

Account moving to suspended status or “Read Only” mode.

Transferring a prize or promo code to third parties.

Sanctions:

First violation – exclusion from participation in all raffles on the site.

Repeated violation with attempts to bypass a previously issued ban – permanent ban from the platform.

Administration decisions on disqualification matters are final and not subject to discussion.

11. Limitation of liability

The platform is not responsible for technical failures preventing participation or ticket purchases.

All raffles are conducted “as is”.

The platform is not a casino and does not provide gambling services.

Participation in raffles is voluntary.

The administration is not responsible for actions of partner casinos, including delays in crediting prizes to casino accounts.

12. Rule changes

The administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time.

Participants are notified of changes via the site.

Continuing to participate in raffles after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

13. Relation to the points system

4LUCK Coins used to buy tickets are governed by the 4LUCK points system Terms and Conditions.

All restrictions and sanctions described in the points system T&C (including regarding abuse, multi-accounting and content quality) fully apply to participation in raffles.
