IZZZINO.COM CASINO IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I won 41,000 rubles on it from a 750 ruble deposit. And they DID NOT PAY me that amount!!! I completed verification as required and sent the documents. I received a confirmation email about this. And in the end. First I won 3,300 rubles and requested a withdrawal. They messed me around for half a day. Then I decided to play more and eventually increased it to 41,000 rubles. I requested a withdrawal again. In the end the withdrawal was declined citing lack of proof of registration (propiska). I uploaded the registration from my passport. They said that was enough. After that I corresponded with their chat for a long time. Where they convinced me that the withdrawal was confirmed and a request to withdraw funds to the QIWI wallet was sent. I called QIWI support where they told me that no requests had been received and PAYMENTS ATTENTION!!! To a QIWI wallet payments come only from individuals!!! And INSTANTLY!!! That’s when I realized I had been LIED TO!!! I wrote about this in the chat, where they tried to convince me otherwise and said I would receive the winnings shortly. That was at one in the morning. The next morning I still hadn’t received the money. The request is still pending!!! And not only that, I took screenshots of our entire correspondence for confirmation – they are shown below. This morning they disabled the online chat in my profile. And I wrote emails to support, those are in the screenshots too.

I deposited 1500, also lost it quickly, waiting for support’s answer takes an N amount of time, I wouldn’t recommend playing there, there are many other casinos exactly the same, only the name is different. They have no desire to show loyalty, at first they promised a bonus, then suddenly the terms changed, I don’t remember the details of the conversation anymore, but the bad aftertaste remained and my 1.5k did too)
