User Andreykrylov asked:

Hi everyone!

One question has been bothering me for a long time. I asked the manager, but never got any clear answer.

When you read the user agreement on Jetton and other projects, it says that using V@N or logging into an account from a changed IP address is forbidden, and it can lead to the account being blocked.

But at the same time, they themselves periodically offer different pro=xies. I just can’t figure that out.

Have the rules changed? Or can they say at any moment, “You used a proxy,” and on that basis block the account?

If someone knows this topic well, I’d be grateful for an explanation. Maybe I’m just misunderstanding something.

If the question seems stupid or naive – sorry in advance. It’s just that this topic has been bothering me for a long time.

Can they say: “You were using V@N”?

I think it really depends on the casino’s reputation. Why?

Last year I wagered a 30€ free bet and ran it up to 400€ at Campeonbet. When I withdrew, they asked me for verification with the date, the casino name, and documents. I passed verification, but in the end they still blocked the account, citing use of “V@N”.

So, in my opinion, if a project wants to find fault, it can use that point as a reason to block you. Especially if the rules clearly say that logging in with a changed IP address is forbidden.

I think the point here is that the service itself is wary of bypasses, because it may assume that you are not the only one who owns the account and, for security, will block it until verification is completed, and the proxy is a product that the platform offers itself. So they do not see any problem, but maybe I tweaked something a bit.

If the casino rules explicitly say that logging into your account and playing with V@N turned on is forbidden, then it is better to avoid such a casino. After all, they can refuse to pay out your winnings at any moment, especially if it is a “huge win”, although they may still pay out a small one as “bait”. I myself play online casinos where this point is not mentioned in the rules, and so far there have been no problems)

Hello!

Thank you for your question.

Indeed, the rules contain provisions regarding the use of V@N and proxy servers. But we would like to note that in practice, accounts are not blocked solely because of the use of V@N or proxies. The main purpose of this provision is to ensure platform security and prevent actions related to rule violations or attempts to bypass established restrictions.

We would also like to point out that the platform provides its own proxy servers for access to the site. Their use is safe and cannot be grounds for any restrictions.

Most likely the proxy is whitelisted by IP, and you were probably banned for some other reason. Try filing a complaint here, they will sort it out and give the admins of 4LUCK a specific answer through internal channels. Don’t get upset too early, they should figure it out. My friend and I, by the way, play together at Jetton casino from the same V@N, and so far there have been no problems with blocks.

The rules were probably written long before all the problems with Roskomnadzor and so on. That is, back in the days when sites and providers opened without any issues. There was no need for a V@N or proxy.

I do not know if Jeton still has this, but before they even offered their own V@N for the site and slots to work properly. I went there around winter and saw it. I had the same question then, asked Jeton players in the thread, and they said they had checked with the casino reps and were told it was allowed. I get that taking someone’s word for it is a pretty shaky story, so it’s better to ask casino support yourself.

As for other projects, it’s probably the same story there. The same Vodka, PFka, or Royals also offer their own V@Ns. They would hardly be offering something that is forbidden by the rules. After all, it is in their interest for people to have access and actually play, not just ban everyone left and right for it.

Honestly, there have never been any cases of anyone getting banned in Jetton for using V@N and proxies, especially since a lot of providers won’t even launch without V@N. It would be illogical to ban people for that. Even when you write to support about slots not loading or running slowly, they themselves suggest using V@N and the countries where it might work best.

Hello. The rules do indeed say that logging in with V@N enabled and a changed IP address is forbidden, but as far as I know, JetTon does not actually block accounts if a player logs in and plays with V@N on. That is why they advertise their proxies in the group. In any case, there are mirrors through which you can access the site, and you do not necessarily need to change your IP address.

If you use V@N or other ways to get around the blocks, they can ban you at any moment. Whenever they feel like it. And if they personally gave you their configured proxy address or whatever else, then I think nothing will happen and you can play without worry. But to be specific, of course, it’s always better to sort these things out with the company itself.

I often play in casinos even without V@N and proxies, and everything is fine, so it seems to me that V@N slows things down even more, and not all proxies and V@N keep an eye on making sure our data doesn’t …leak somewhere else. As for whether it’s forbidden or not, I honestly don’t know. Try different options, that’s all ./My respects

Different Kazakhs handle it differently, some take this matter seriously, but still, under current conditions, you cannot always even get in without a workaround. Most online casinos can use the fact that you used a workaround as a reason to block your account and freeze your funds, luckily I have not had to deal with that yet.

In my opinion, it is better not to take the risk and not use V@N, because the casino will always have a reason to void a big win. I am more than sure this is done on purpose, a player wins, say, a billion in a metaphorical sense, “ah, dear, but you used V@N, and the rules forbid it,” and goodbye to the win. Play the old-fashioned way, it gives the casino fewer chances not to pay out.
