For high rollers, this policy is absurd and feels like a deliberate trap to force players to lose their winnings.

What’s worse – when I asked the support team to block my account or restrict my access to casino and sports betting, they refused, saying it would stop the payouts. This is unacceptable and directly against responsible gambling principles. Other casinos offer similar limitations or lockout options while still processing withdrawals.

I have filed a complaint and hope Jetton reconsiders its policy and does the right thing by allowing fair withdrawal access or returning my funds. Until then, I strongly advise players to stay away, especially if you play big.
