This isn’t Piastrix’s problem. It’s the SBP intermediary, my transfer to 1xSlot is also stuck right now. Send them the receipt from the bank immediately, they added mine manually after checking in 40 minutes. And these kinds of troubles often happen if the transfer is through topay. Better cancel it right away and retry sending through another one.
