@loveohlove if it’s strictly for games, then probably yes, but if over the last few years you’ve already tied up part of your earned money there, then I kind of wouldn’t want to! Even though everything screams that I shouldn’t:))) Convenient wallet, but for Russia it’s becoming more and more impossible:((((
Right now for some reason I can’t cash out to my wife’s card, kind of strange. Out of curiosity I even withdrew $40 to crypto just as an experiment to see if everything was fine with withdrawals, since I hadn’t withdrawn for a long time, and they did send it, although not instantly, in about 5 minutes. I specifically withdrew an even amount, 3500 rubles to bep-20, which came out to $40. Where is the 2%+1$ fee here:)))) maybe it is there, but the exchange rate is also undervalued.
This payment system seems to be getting worse and worse, I don’t know, maybe for the safety of funds and possible card blocks it’s better to give it up once and for all, an alternative in the form of crypto exists and is working right now.
@olegv it got worse starting from 5k, it even sometimes can’t find the payment details. If you use mobile payment, the fee is pretty steep
@olegv
At one point I withdrew 140k from the casino to Piastrix, and the casino started sending it out in parts, in the end the wallet got blocked, and support asks for screenshots of where the payments came from. I write to casino support, and they say they do not provide that info. And that’s it, I have not been able to get the money back for half a year now ↩️
@artur2 what do you mean they won’t give it? Let them contact the merchant (when you top up, each casino has its own ID number) and let them contact the casino, or vice versa, let the casino contact the payment processor, something like that. But this is completely over the top
And overall, I think Piastrix knows that this casino just snatched the cash))
@saaha88 is in on it
@dimagrig Nah, don’t use this payment system, the Poles have already turned it into a monopoly there, they’ll block all withdrawal methods soon
@artur2 there used to be decent support at “Piastrix” once, you could send them screenshots from the casino account showing that the withdrawals happened, the time and amount are listed there, they will figure it out. And I also could not get any confirmation of transfers from the casino.
@olegv then it’s better to set the withdrawal to crypto than to Piastrix. less hassle that way
And how do you keep using Pias when they can charge back all the money to the casino at any moment?
@nuk0s I also do not see the point of withdrawing to Piastrix, straight to crypto and there are no problems. I withdraw by the route through Khroketili KB, and from there to Altyn.
I play it safe through Telegram so no dirty stuff gets through
Well, I deposited through Piastrix back when, m. The payments were working, and now it is something like from 5k, so let them rest over there abroad)
@saaha88 Yeah, better check whether it’s not some kind of shady crypto cash-out
@artur2 You should have tried filing a complaint against the casino here on the forum – maybe they would have started moving.
Describe the whole situation and so on – after a complaint, casinos often come around and provide all the info.
And it seems there have been almost similar cases too – at the very least I saw that in some casino they did not tell a person the total amount of all deposits (like they do not keep them for more than 3 months), but after the complaint it turned out that they keep everything)
Basically, Piastrix was created for gaming, and there have never been any problems with it, and it works fine even now, I use it at least once a month, and the problems are with the sneaky bastards who were getting money out of them by scamming them, and now they are crying….
@saaha88 “Khroketili KB” how is that, what is it, can you explain more? “I play it safe through Telegram” means an AML check through a bot?
@luda010676 if you use it once a month, then maybe there were no problems and there still are none
but when you’re an active user, there are plenty of problems
Starting with DEPOSIT and ending with WITHDRAW, and even earlier, when everything was much easier, there were still problems)
I lost count of how many of my deposits Piastrix lost, and sometimes I sat waiting for up to 5 days.
@oopsant 100…percent! They have periods when the wallet works fine, but often you can neither top up nor withdraw, the money gets stuck somewhere and you wait, even though you were counting on that money. Probably now it can only be used for small depots in casinos, lately Piastr has really gone downhill.. but there were times when this payment method was good too!
@olegv it’s better to know in advance where the money came from, whether it’s dirty or clean, because later you’ll end up with a ton of trouble
I haven’t used Pias for a long time myself, but does it still keep cashing out 1,000 rubles at a time and splitting the payments to your card?
@nuk0s the more small transfers there are, the more likely it is that financial monitoring will block the card
@godweles888 they ended up blocking my T-Bank because of this Piastrix and its 1000-ruble transfers, thanks a lot to them
I can see Piastrix has really gone downhill there. Before, I used to top it up by transfer to a phone number, the mobile payment was 500, you could deposit that, but now they made it 5k minimum. My bank would not process 2k, and here they slapped in 5k. Nice one, Polish guys, well done, squeezing everywhere they can.
The dollar is going up and the amounts are going up
@luda010676 here I do not fully agree, I never f**ked over Piastrix even once, everything was always honest, but it still drags its feet on withdrawals, I think all this mess is happening because the wallet was being abused, and that’s it.
