I didn’t understand shit. Well the wager 11 is clear. Well the deposit of 20 afterwards is clear. But you have to somehow play through that deposit in some sneaky-as-hell way. It’s murky, basically.

Not just vague! To withdraw the €20 max cashout from that no-deposit, you need to make a €20 deposit as well.
