Well, Wolf Gold is basically a classic, I think there is not a single person who spins slots and does not know about Pragmatic’s wolves))) This is the most classic animal slot about America, wolves, cougars, eagles, bison. It has two main features, free spins where the three middle reels merge into one huge symbol, and the moon bonus where you need to collect coin symbols and catch jackpots. Every time I played it, it was different. Sometimes you go in and from the first spins it gives you those giant symbols in the bonus round, for example you catch a huge wolf there and that is immediately a ton of money. But sometimes like today… I went in with two thousand rubles, spun at a 25 ruble bet. I hit free spins pretty quickly, and I thought, now it’s going to pay out. Yeah right, it landed on a huge ace symbol, basically gave pennies. Then I was catching those money moons, only 6 minimum ones dropped, no jackpot of course came through at all, in the end the bonus round gave about 300 rubles. And then the slot just started flat-out eating without stopping, not a single decent match. In short, I lost everything down to the last kopeck today on these wolves. Too bad of course, the slot can be very greedy, it’s already a bit old mechanically. But people still love it for its simplicity. You can play it, but carefully, if you see that the moons are not stacking up and the wolves are not howling then it’s better to switch games, otherwise you’ll end up with an empty pocket like I did today)
The slot is built on classic mechanics with paylines and standard symbols in the form of letters and animals. The most attention here usually goes to the wolves, scatters and jackpot symbols, since they are tied to the main features.
Bonus spins are triggered by three scatters and give five spins. In this mode there is no fixed multiplier, but there’s a twist: the second, third and fourth reels turn into one random symbol for each spin. If it matches the symbols on the first and fifth reels, combinations are formed. In my experience this bonus triggers regularly, but payouts most often stay within about 40x the bet.
Separately there’s the jackpot round. It’s activated by six or more jackpot symbols and runs as a respin feature. Each new symbol refreshes the spin counter, and all values are summed. This is where I got the most noticeable wins – the max reached roughly 80x the bet.
In the base game there is a wild symbol that can appear in stacks, but I didn’t hit any serious combos on regular spins. Overall the slot feels like a game focused on bonus features and the jackpot, rather than on regular base-game payouts.
I played the slot Wolf Gold for quite a while, mostly because for a month Bitstarz casino was giving no-deposit free spins every day for depositing there. By then I’d gotten really used to both the design and the sound, although at first I didn’t like them at all. During my play I never saw the max jackpot, I hit the others more than once, while the mini popped up almost in every third feature. The free spins aren’t as good as the feature, but thanks to the increased number of stacked Wilds there were some nice payouts – I hit x100 many times and x200-x300 happened too. At one point I decided to hop back into the machine, but in 50 spins I didn’t see either the bonus round or the feature, and it played really badly on the paylines too – maybe I just hit it when the slot was totally dead. But the last time the bonus was on I caught the feature a couple of times with a mini payout and, to my surprise, even finished a little bit up on the slot. So I recommend doing no more than 50 spins; if it’s not playing you’ll see it right away, don’t waste money and just come back later.
Wolf Gold is a typical jackpot slot with three fixed jackpots: Mini, Major and Mega. They’re triggered by special coin symbols. The maximum win here is that same 1000x plus small coin payouts. The wolf symbol acts as the Wild; 5 of them on screen pay 20x your bet. It doesn’t double anything else or give extra features. The Scatter is the most boring in the game: it pays only 1x your bet and triggers 5 free spins. There are no multipliers in the bonus. The only thing that’s somewhat pleasing are the giant symbols on reels 2, 3 and 4 on each spin. They slightly increase the chances of hitting a decent combo. All the interesting stuff revolves around the Money Respin feature. You need to land 6 or more coin symbols, then you get 3 respins. All coins are fixed, and with every new symbol the counter resets back to 3. During respins the jackpot labels can appear. 3 identical ones grab the jackpot. Sounds simple, but it’s almost unreal. Bottom line: without the jackpot the payouts are usually peanuts. My personal best? 52x my bet.
Recently I decided to take a trip down memory lane and play Wolf Gold by Pragmatic Play. I played it back at the dawn of my “career” as a gambler, so to speak. Back then it seemed incredible to me, and even now, to be honest, the slot is pretty lively. The first thing that hits you is the atmosphere, of course. Wild West, wolves, eagles – all the stuff I love. The graphics, while not the most modern, are pleasant to the eye. The sound design didn’t disappoint either; it sets the right mood. Mechanically it’s quite simple and clear. 5 reels, 25 lines. There’s a wild, a scatter and a bonus round with money spins. By the way, the bonus game is what I like the most. Collecting coins is always fun. Free spins are pretty good too, especially when the giant 3×3 symbol appears. A couple of times I hit decent wins in that mode. And of course, what slot would be without jackpots? Mini, Major and Mega – there’s always a chance to hit it big. All in all, Wolf Gold is a solid slot that doesn’t get boring. Sometimes you can get stuck playing for an hour or two and enjoy it. Yeah, maybe it’s not the most generous, but it consistently keeps you on edge. I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet!
Hiya everyone! Wolf Gold from Pragmatic is my reliable “workhorse”, an old classic. No frills, simple as a dog, but a wolf 😂
5 reels, 25 lines – just how we like it. But the trick is that the wolf here is not just a picture. It’s an expanding wild that can cover the whole reel. When that happens on several reels at once – the spectacle is amazing! Especially if it hits during the bonus. Oh yeah, free spins! Three canyon scatters – and you get free spins. Not many, but during them lunar symbols with cash prizes drop. My record is 25k from a 5k deposit, when the wolf expanded on three reels at once with a x3 multiplier. The jackpot game “Money-Boom” is a whole other story. Three bonus symbols – and you pick coins until you find three matching ones. Once I hit a mini-jackpot of 100x the bet – nice, of course, but it happens once in a hundred years. The graphics aren’t ultra-modern, but atmospheric – desert, canyons, that lone wolf against the moon. The sounds are unobtrusive, but when a win streak starts – the music builds, gives you goosebumps. The stated RTP of 96% – standard for Pragmatic. But Wolf Gold behaves more predictably than many: it won’t empty your deposit in five minutes, but it won’t bring a million in one go either. The perfect balance between risk and stability. I play it when I want calm gameplay without surprises. Yes, it won’t blow the bank with one spin, but it also won’t burn everything in an evening. For me it’s like a trusted friend – you know what to expect, and it won’t disappoint. I recommend it to anyone tired of those trendy slots with a bunch of weird features.
The game Wolf Gold caught my attention with its bright design and wildlife theme. The sound design creates a prairie atmosphere, which adds immersion to the experience. The slot offers 5 reels and 25 paylines, which is a fairly standard setup for games like this.
The gameplay of Wolf Gold didn’t excite me particularly, but I wasn’t disappointed either. Overall, it’s a classic slot with animal symbols like buffalos, horses, and eagles. Bonus features like free spins and money respins can add a bit of variety to the gameplay.
It seemed to me that the game’s volatility is medium; wins come fairly often, but they’re usually small. Of course, there’s a chance to hit a big score in the bonus rounds, but you need a bit of luck for that.
Overall, Wolf Gold is a decent choice for those looking for a simple and straightforward slot with pleasant graphics. The game doesn’t offer any innovative solutions, but it can be suitable for relaxed play. I wouldn’t call it outstanding, but neither is it outright bad. It’s just a good, average slot that can bring a bit of enjoyment.
Wolf Gold – one of the best slots for clearing a wager!
To start with, the scatters (free spins) hit very often – yeah the free spins don’t pay much on average x20-x40 but still it sometimes hits every tenth spin!
There’s also a jackpot feature which triggers often too – but it’s rare to catch a decent jackpot.
Line payouts are small – but it lands a lot of WILD symbols and wins themselves hit almost every spin!
The slot is old and low-potential, you won’t realistically hit anything big here besides the jackpot! The slot is purely for catching medium multipliers and keeping your balance steady!
I like that you can really spin for hours and your balance will stay about the same.
But it gets boring quickly – there’s nothing interesting in it and it’s very simple! Well, that’s understandable since the slot is old.
I remember once I jumped in with a bankroll of 10,000 – betting 40₽ per spin and ended up leaving after two hours with a balance of 24,000! And I even managed to clear the bonus. Great slot for that – but it’s definitely not the place to go for a big win.
I don’t really like the design, of course.
Wolf 🐺 Gold – a game from provider pragmatic play, released at the end of 2017. Now the game already feels old, funny enough it already felt that way back in 2020. There used to be land-based machines similar to it, they were in jackpots, well the jackpot network…
Actually the game is old and standard, nothing special, but I like it, I enjoy games where you can catch the whole field of wilds, and here they’re wolves 🐺. The game isn’t super expensive, but you can actually win! There are two bonus games, both are similar to the bonus of Elvis Frog, I think everyone knows it, the first classic part. One of the bonuses is coins from six pieces: three spins to catch a new one, if it hits you get 3 spins again and so on, until you get 3 empty spins, or you don’t fill the whole field, and the second bonus is more interesting to me – the first and last reels spin, while the middle of three reels is big, it stays in place with whatever falls in it, there are also additions and a bonus within the bonus, everything we all love!
It’s written that the max is x1000 in the game, on the coins yes, exactly that, on the second bonus I think you can catch more if you’re lucky, but I haven’t been lucky yet. My max is x300, the only thing is it often pays out and accordingly increases.
Interesting game, even if it’s old, I recommend playing it, and for those who don’t know – give it a try.
