Running sushi – an interesting mechanic with a modest max win at Pragmatic.
The first thing to note about this slot is the all Ways mechanic, which allows you to maintain your balance pretty well when playing normal spins, so there’s no point in buying the bonus (even if it costs less than x100), although they don’t drop that often without the extra bet.
The bonus is an interesting collector mechanic: we have sushi worth up to x1000, and they can be collected either separately on a single spin with collector symbols, or added to the accumulated bank during free spins, also with collector symbols.
I don’t know how anyone can hit x3000 in this slot (the max), if the bonus max is listed as x2500, and in regular spins seeing even one sushi worth x1000 is almost impossible, let alone collecting it.
My max in the slot is very modest – x200, but when I didn’t have the collector take the whole bank in the bonus – I just had bad luck.
I can’t recommend the slot, even though the mechanic is unusual; the max is too small and impossible to catch.
How needlessly complicated they made the Running Sushi slot!
In the Bonus the sushi with multipliers come from below and there are very small ones (x2) and huge ones (x750 I’ve seen!) and to collect them you have to catch three girl or guy symbols and then everything below gets picked up! But every time all that money gathers and moves to the left – and you don’t just get it, you have to catch three guys to grab it! What pisses me off is that the multiplier can sometimes be huge – x1000-x2000 – but you still won’t get them and that can happen every bonus! And you’ll only get them when there’s almost nothing left, something like x150-x200….
It really plays on your nerves and if you can’t control yourself it’s better not to play something like this! I remember I almost smashed my mouse when I hit a guy with x1400 but didn’t collect it – even though by that point I was already pretty deep in.
The feature seems interesting but that’s only at first glance – literally two or three bonuses and you won’t want to play this slot anymore and you’ll probably forget about it! I don’t know who would like slots like that – I’d call them disposable and just one-offs.
