I got into the project quite a while ago. The design still looks good, and the software also plays a certain role. 2. Was the withdrawal received? Received, so the essence of the complaint is resolved
3. Is the account closed? Closed, so the verification issue is moot
4. If you don’t like the way your recurring complaints are handled, you’re free to take them elsewhere and on another forum – apart from your constant discontent, there’s nothing good from you at all

There are absolutely no legal grounds for such a game – clients MUST be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. Those are the rules in any country that protects consumer interests for any goods and services.
But actually… It’s basically their personal whim. Sometimes they write in the T&C something like “we may change blah blah blah”, “and the player must familiarize themself and either accept it or bugger off” 🙂
