1) Design
The site looks modern, everything is convenient and clear. Slots load quickly, the search works well. Visually pleasing, nothing is annoying.
2) Deposits
I deposited 30 bucks, it arrived in a couple of minutes, I haven’t tried rubles. The minimum is reasonable, payment methods are standard. No complaints here.
3) Withdrawals
No problems with small amounts: I withdrew $20 and it came quickly in about an hour. But when I requested $200, it started: document verification, waiting, support keeps feeding me with “tomorrow.” In the end, it took almost a week to withdraw the money. That’s a downside.
4) Bonuses
The welcome package is generous, but the wagering conditions are a bit murky. I’ve seen clearer ones on other project sites.
5) Support and verification
This is the main pain point. I sent the documents right away, but the verification dragged on for several days. Support responds politely, but doesn’t really solve anything – just “please wait, your request is being processed.”
