Hello, lately I’ve been trying to find a decent online casino. And here’s an unlucky case with a casino for new clients, I can’t even imagine how many newly registered users have been screwed by them who don’t know about this forum…!(
I won 17k rubles in this casino on 02.02.2025 at 00:00! I requested a withdrawal of 12-10k rubles so as not to provoke the casino into refusing. But that didn’t help) I’m not a fan of withdrawing such amounts and since I recently had a terrible experience with Dragon Maney, I decided to test the casino’s withdrawal process before continuing to play. The casino kept canceling all my requests, even though I provided all the required documents. Their notification said to contact support. The funny thing is they deliberately didn’t answer in chat or by email. I sent them dozens of requests in chat, by email, for withdrawal, tried re-uploading the data hundreds of times, but nothing helped. I couldn’t understand – maybe I hadn’t uploaded some document and that’s why they were redirecting me to chat. And then I lost it, wrote in chat at 04:19 that I was going to file a complaint about them. And then miracle, they replied to my email, saying they had a heavy load on chat operators, so they couldn’t reply. But I wasn’t only writing in chat, I was also writing to email. There were no answers anywhere until I wrote in chat about a complaint) The first reply I got was at 4:41 MSK, and then suddenly everyone started answering all my messages everywhere. Their “heavy load” disappeared right away)
They told me I uploaded incorrect information, that I needed to upload correct info and gave a list. I was surprised by that list, because that’s exactly the information I had uploaded and re-uploaded dozens of times everywhere. It wasn’t hard for me, I resent everything to their email and they accepted those documents, verified my card. And when I asked in what way my uploaded info was incorrect, they said nothing. After all, they were basically the same documents)) I left for a while, came back to the casino, requested a withdrawal. They still canceled my payout, I tried 2-3 more times to withdraw, still nothing. I even attached a screenshot during the withdrawal showing my card was verified, I underlined it for them. But they didn’t care, they kept canceling the withdrawals. And I realized I don’t want any dealings with such a casino! What immediately worried me was that I uploaded my personal documents. I deliberately started draining the money; as soon as the balance dropped below 10k rubles, support replied, turns out they were monitoring my account all the time and “adjusted” the withdrawal information, to which I answered that I no longer needed their payout! But then I checked and there were no adjustments at all. The “not verified” mark stayed as it was! I wrote to support asking them to delete my account and all my data from their database, and they refused. In connection with this, I ask you now to handle the issue of completely deleting all my data from their database. Since I’m writing my claims from a computer, yesterday I didn’t have time to get to it. I’ve collected enough evidence against this casino, thanks to Dragon Money, so if you need proof to confirm what I’m saying, I’ll easily give it to you)
I still can’t upload the proofs, the system answers: upload-error-message Image postprocessing failed, possibly because the server is overloaded or doesn’t have enough free resources. It may help to upload a smaller image, recommended maximum size – 2500 pixels. I tried different formats, same thing. These are screenshots, I will upload them from my phone after posting the announcement on the site!

Are you saying they won’t get anything for that kind of behavior? Do you realize how many people they’re scamming?! You should at least remove their bonuses and put the casino itself on the blacklist. So you’re helping them to rip people off)
I actually got to them through your forum. They ripped me off! And can’t you hold them accountable( Who am I supposed to hold responsible for this casino, they’re brazen scammers with a practiced skill!
And I didn’t lose anything, just so you know! They wouldn’t let me withdraw them. Just look how many requests I made. They only started replying after I threatened them with a complaint. Before that the messages were seen, but they didn’t answer for 4 hours))
