Complaint from karimus to 1Win Casino dated 6/27/25
Hi everyone. On 25.06.2025 I got an email that the account successfully completed verification. Yesterday I made a deposit, after winning I put the funds up for withdrawal and they requested verification again for the withdrawal, even though I had already done it. I went through it again and they said that such a user already exists. I have only one account, I don’t have any others. This morning, 27.06.2025, I tried to log into the account and it immediately showed that the account is blocked. Please help resolve this issue
