There are no screenshots – this was done a year ago through tech support chat. And also even by their rules which they say the account is blocked after 3 months of inactivity – but in fact I didn’t log in for a year after I submitted a request to block the account permanently with no right to unban.
I ask to return the money because I did not authorize unblocking the account

To block an account you must contact the company’s official email. Unfortunately, we did not receive any requests from you to block the account after 3 months of inactivity on the site. At the moment the account is fully blocked at your request. The company does not restrict users from returning to the site, so you can apply to have your account unblocked.
All lost funds that you deposited to the site while active on it and used for gameplay cannot be returned.
