Hello, I want to file a complaint about the casino 1 win, please help me sort out the problem. At the end of December 2023 I registered an account, made a deposit and won 3500 rubles on the slots. I requested a withdrawal, but the money didn’t arrive, I canceled it and lost them, then on 07.02.2024 I won 1600 rupees and also requested a withdrawal, the money didn’t arrive again, I wrote to support, they put me through verification, I sent all the documents they requested, that same evening they blocked my account without warning, the notification about the block arrived only on 08.02. They accused me of fraudulent activity which I did not commit. Please investigate this issue, unblock my account so I can withdraw the funds and continue playing, thank you in advance.
