Hello. You yourselves are violating the payout rules. Since 09.04.2023 a payout of 15000 rub has been pending, and since 12.04.2023 10000 rub. These amounts were refused and returned to the playing account, I immediately make the withdrawal again and that way the date shifts. Also the amount of 10000 rub from 17.04.2023 was shifted from 09.04.2023 but there’s no screenshot because I didn’t know you pull these tricks. Using Payeer withdrawal methods is not profitable for me!!!!! I made my deposit to you from a card – return it to the card. Also in the screenshot you can see how this happens using the example of 25000 rub that are on the playing account.

Hello. They processed a withdrawal to my SberVISA card using SMZ 31000 rub 17.04.2023. And now, when an amount of 35000 rub has been pending since 09.04.23, they don’t want to follow their own timelines. Everything else about their provider refusing – yes, that happened, but I created the withdrawal immediately and the date shifted automatically. This is not acceptable; they need to monitor this and take measures to follow their rules.
They paid out the entire remaining balance now . Issue closed. Thanks to your site.
