Hello! I ran into a problem again – the limits aren’t working. I set a 500 euro limit a long time ago; a couple days ago that at least used to stop me, but today some kind of weird thing happened: I was allowed to deposit more than usual! Before that your site used to say there are limits, you can’t top up. I thought, fine, at least the limits protect me, but in the end about 1450 euros were deposited today. I ask the casino to compensate the amount or issue a refund, since this is a breach of the project’s rules.
In case the casino claims that you increased the limits – NO! I even attached a screenshot to support showing the 500 euro limit, yet I was able to create a top-up request for 2500 EURO! This is a direct violation of the rules, please refund my deposits to the balance and fix the limits.

Let me explain the situation.
Somewhere around August, there was already a problem with 1xSlots: the limits were not working correctly. They resolved the issue back then – I was compensated for the limit, and everything was fine after that.
But today the situation repeated itself. I have a daily limit of 500 euros, yet in one day I topped up my account by more than 1500$ (about 1350 euros). I noticed something strange: the system somehow allowed me to deposit over the limit.
I immediately went to the “Responsible Gaming” section, where the limits are set – it still shows 500 euros. After that, I contacted support (as they asked – to write there, not on the forum).
And you know what they did? They split my deposits and claimed that “the limit was updated at 14:48,” and at that moment I was playing. Although logically, the limit should work from the start of the day to the end of the day, not “reset” in the middle of the day.
Even by their version, it still results in an excess: in one day I deposited about 1350 euros, and their explanation “500 + 500 = 1000” still doesn’t cover the amount. It looks like a lame excuse from support.
Then I started explaining with emotions, using some profanity (sorry for that, but the situation really got to me). In the end, support said that “we can’t help you,” and closed the chat.
And one more thing: during the conversation, I created a deposit request for 2500 euros just for testing – and they easily provided me with the card/details to send 2500 euros. So the limits are basically not working, even though just a couple of days ago the system said I reached my daily limit.
