7bitCasino payout problem
Complaint from Igor75777 to 7Bit Casino dated 2/11/21
I contacted and wrote to you back in distant 2018! The message text with a screenshot is in the attached file: screenshot 1
On 18.05.2018 I registered at 7bitcasino. I filled in the profile info and made a deposit of $700 in bitcoin 0.09. I lost and made another deposit of 0.09. Then I won 0.45 and submitted a withdrawal request. They refused me for a long time, then on 21.05.2018 they wrote that I needed to submit documents for verification. I submitted all the documents and at the end of the day when I logged into the account my winnings were canceled due to clause 3.11 that I am from Ukraine. When I read the terms on the site in Russian, Ukraine was not listed!!! (THERE IS VIDEO EVIDENCE and screenshots). I argued for a long time and in the end they only returned my deposit, they took the winnings! Yesterday they blocked the account and made changes to the terms and conditions (added Ukraine). I can’t upload the video in the proof, but the fact that they already changed the terms and conditions yesterday in the Russian app by adding Ukraine and other countries!!! shows that it is their fault!!!

I made two deposits:
first 0.086 BTC, lost. Then I made
second 0.096 BTC, and in the end won 0.45 BTC!
Attempts to withdraw funds and correspondence with 7bitCasino support brought no results.

In the end they returned my deposit without my winnings 0.27 BTC! After that my account was blocked citing clause 3.11 which they themselves edited to add Ukraine!!! (see screenshot 3). After that I posted a complaint on your site (see screenshot 1)
A few years later I received a message from 7bitCasino support offering compensation up to $500 for deleting my complaint (see screenshot 4)
I replied that I would remove my complaint after the return of my winnings 0.27 BTC (see screenshot 5)
I have not received an answer so far (see screenshot 6) and decided to write to you again in more detail.
Since 7bitCasino are not responding to my complaints and are not returning my 0.27 BTC, I am forced to continue posting this complaint and resolve this matter legally!

Dear Igor75777 and users of LatestCasinoBonuses,
We would like to explain the situation that has arisen.
We would like to start by saying that Igor75777 did indeed register with our casino and was lucky enough to win funds. Unfortunately, during verification it was revealed that the user is from Ukraine. According to our rules at that time (as well as now), players from Ukraine are not allowed to play at our casino. Because of this we informed the player that he was prohibited from playing at the casino, the winnings were confiscated, and his own funds were returned to the owner.
At that time the English-language casino terms stated that players from Ukraine cannot play at the casino. Unfortunately, in the Russian-language version of the rules this information was displayed incorrectly. Since, according to the rules, the English version of these Terms and Rules should be considered as the primary, final, and complete one, we acted strictly by it.
We contacted the player regarding the previous complaint that was posted on the LatestCasinoBonuses forum in 2018. Our team reviewed the situation and decided to offer the player compensation for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the player refused this option and did not respond to the next letter.
Our casino is developing very dynamically, we are working on building a brilliant casino reputation and try to listen to every player’s opinion. That is why we addressed this situation.
We want to state that it is important to us that any errors do not affect players’ comfort at the casino and do not create a distorted impression of us. Therefore we have decided to return the player his winnings at the current rate at the time of play at the casino – 0.048 BTC.
We hope that in this case we have satisfied the request of the player Igor75777 and ask him to contact us by writing to the email.
