7k Casino: repeatedly delay and reset payout deadlines for $150
Complaint from Apbrn1986 to 7k Casino dated 3/14/24
Well, fate brought me to play in this so-called casino too. I made a deposit for a small amount of 2000r, got a nice 100% bonus on the deposit. The wagering was completed successfully and the wager-cleaning finished with 15k on the balance. And now the most interesting part begins. The amount of 15k, according to the service rules, is withdrawn within 3 days. A day later I suddenly received a message from the support of this resource by email (screenshot attached) asking whether I was really making a withdrawal to a card. Okay, standard reply from the confirmed email that yes, it really was me.
Two days later I decided to ask in the support chat what’s going on with the withdrawal. To which they ask me the same question, whether I am really withdrawing the money. And now the most interesting thing, the withdrawal term suddenly reset from the 12th to the 14th (the date of confirmation😅)
Alright, they promise withdrawal on the 17th now, that is, in 3 days from the confirmation in the chat.
>But I have a feeling that these dances with the tambourine are only just beginning.
P.S. no verification so far, except the standard one in the form of confirming phone number and email were requested (but I’m sure it’s all still ahead)
