Hello. I don’t see any requests in your profile recently. The last time you wrote was in July about a deposit that wasn’t credited to the account balance. To block the account, they send you a message with a questionnaire that you need to fill out to confirm your ownership of the profile. They’ll also need photos of you in front of the open profile and holding a document. If you’re willing to go through this procedure, I’ll forward the request and they’ll send the appropriate message to your email. If you’re not willing, then you can simply change passwords, unlink cards and stop using the account.
