The account was mistakenly unblocked – this should not have happened, and responsibility for this is entirely on our side. However, as we can see, the first time your request to unblock was denied with a request for clarification of the details, but a short time later you requested unblocking again.
We are returning to you all deposits made after the self-exclusion request, for a total of 11494 ₽. The account is being closed again on a permanent basis, with no right to restoration.
