Arkada Casino: I can’t withdraw my winnings, my 1,000,000 RUB balance is missing

Good afternoon!
Registered on the project almost from the start, but decided to play only now.
10.02 – deposited via card (card-to-card transfer) 45,000 rubles
Initially I reached 200,000 and requested a withdrawal, verification process started.
I provided all the data, after which they sent a message that I can withdraw. But then suddenly they requested the transfer receipt, which I had uploaded on the site and which they canceled as unnecessary.
I uploaded it again, also emailed it, but now they just ignore me.
Either they give boilerplate replies that they cannot estimate the time.
My personal manager from their second project even wrote that there is a problem with the receipt and they are trying to contact the bank. It’s not clear how they’re trying to do that at all.
I sent them both the receipt and the bank statement in the bank’s form showing this operation. As a result – ignore or a boilerplate reply.

According to their rules, this is the entire package of documents they could request and it was provided in time. They even offered to record a video where I log into the site’s personal account, into the bank’s personal account, show the operation and my bitcoin account.
no result, they also said that later the withdrawal would have to be not to crypto but to the card account. As a fact – that functionality is not available to them.
By phone number I also cannot withdraw, my bank is not in the lists.
I played on daddy – their second project. It shows exactly the same details as on this project and there were no problems.
