ArtSpin Casino: very strange bonus rules

I’ll start with the fact that I registered in the casino and played through the bonus. Under this bonus’s rules, the max cashout was 5k rubles – that money landed on the real balance. Then I kept playing with the money on the real balance, and again I managed to grow the balance a bit. Then the casino asks for a deposit of 2000 rubles and a 3x wager on it. Fine, I make a deposit and clear the 3x wager, during which I again increase my balance by 15 thousand. Then, pay attention, here is the absurdity of the whole situation, as I was later told during the withdrawal – the maximum withdrawal from the bonus is 5000 rubles of bonus money plus 2000 rubles of my own money.
Just imagine the face of the person who heard that, well yes, mine. What they came up with after clearing the bonus, asking for a deposit of 2000 rubles and a 3x wager on it, even though you cannot withdraw more than 7k, bonus plus your own 2k, is just some kind of circus. So after clearing the bonus, I make a deposit with my real money, clear it 3x, and I cannot win a single ruble, I am only allowed to lose that deposit or break even. At the same time, they somehow managed to come up with a 3x wager, that kind of rule was probably invented under some serious substances. If you win anything from the deposit after clearing the bonus, we will write off that balance, and if you lose it, well, you will just withdraw less, no big deal. Great casino and interesting promos
I won about 55000 rubles in this casino, they took a long time to confirm my withdrawal, apparently they were deciding what to do in such a situation, like, the person won too much or something, and in the end they decided to shave off almost the entire amount, leaving 7k. On top of that, they cited the rule about the maximum withdrawal from the bonus, and for some reason I feel like it was added very recently, literally less than a day ago. By the way, after they wrote off almost my entire balance, they confirmed a withdrawal for pocket change almost instantly, but they spent a very long time dealing with the 55k amount, apparently it is hard for a new casino to part with that kind of money

I’ll add the words of a representative on the forum: “we process card payouts within 60 minutes, not like licensed casinos that take several days”. They paid me the bonus amount almost 15 hours later after thousands of messages to the online chat
The casino changes the rules and bonus policy on the fly – at the time I registered there were no rules about a maximum win after cashing out a bonus. I consider a deposit of 2,000 RUB with a x3 wager on it – while the player can’t win a penny from their deposit and can only lose it – robbery. If you win anything extra, the amount will simply be deducted; whoever came up with this should get a bonus.
There definitely were max payout rules for the bonus
