Auf Casino: My $20 deposit hasn't arrived since 13.12.2024
Complaint from Dobronx to AUF Casino dated 12/16/24
I made a deposit on December 13 at around 4 AM Moscow time via SBP for 2050 rubles, I transferred to Ozon Bank. After a day and a half there’s no information about my money, I gave them the transaction receipt, then about 12 hours later they asked for a card statement in chat, I sent that too, and since then silence. They didn’t even send a request for the statement by email, I had to write to them myself, so they just don’t give a damn at all. Besides that, their payment system is shady, because after the transfer they didn’t even let me file an appeal to attach the receipt – an error just popped up and that was it, there were no further options. The casino gives no answers and makes no requests. It looks like they periodically just screw players out of their money.
P.S. I made the deposit for a 100% bonus, by now I assume the bonus will have lost its validity, I ended up with neither the bonus nor the money, and even if they credit the deposit thanks to the complaint, I don’t think anyone will give the bonus – they’ll just spit in your face, saying the promotion expired, buddy, it’s not our fault we can’t use proper payment systems. My demand is crediting the money with the bonus, I can provide the screenshot of the bonus from the email, any statements, etc. to the administration without problems.

Unfortunately, we cannot always influence the speed of order processing, as it happens on the payment provider’s side.

Regarding the claim about the support chat being blocked – this is false information. You received a response every time you visited the chat.
