04,06,2022 I make a deposit with a promo code in the amount of 300r. The bonus gives about 700r or a little more (I can’t say exactly to the ruble because the casino has no bonus history)

The question is where did the rest of the funds of about 2 thousand that are due after wagering the bonus go. The question why the funds were canceled if I withdrew an allowable amount, even less.
The account is fully verified including all existing additional checks (verification took 3 weeks!!!) A withdrawal on this account had already been made earlier !!!!
