Hello, I signed up at Bitsler casino, made literally a couple of bets for tiny amounts and cashed out everything. So I thought great, I can deposit more and play properly, and what happened in the end is I hadn’t even had time to place bets properly when they asked me for verification. For what, why, no idea. That’s how you play now – just do the verification and that’s it

They require a passport, driver’s license or residence permit – I send them my passport and they don’t accept it, saying “send another document.” How am I supposed to send another if I don’t have one? And what’s the reason that they won’t accept my passport?
