We forwarded the video to the provider Evolution so they can check everything and clarify, but from what we can see at the moment: the result of the indicated game round in the providerโ€™s system is exactly 13, not 22. That is, the studio video you watched in our casino fully corresponds to how the round actually finished on the providerโ€™s server.

So the question is rather why the graphical interface displayed the result 22. Our assumption: this is a technical delay which caused the discrepancy between the studio video and what is shown through the game interface.

Why do we think so? We checked the result of the next game round (in which you did not participate) in Evolutionโ€™s system. The result is 22.

Therefore, it is highly likely that the studio video was broadcast with a delay: at the time when in the studio video the ball drops on 13, the game interface shows the results of the next round โ€“ 22. In other words, they are not synchronized. Note that this is exclusively a graphical error โ€“ in the providerโ€™s system all results are recorded correctly, and playersโ€™ winnings were credited correctly according to those results (13 in the first round and 22 in the next).

So what was seen in the other casino? There both the video and the graphical interface for some reason showed you the results of the next round โ€“ 22. Most likely itโ€™s the same delay issue. You shouldnโ€™t expect perfect synchronization when watching rounds simultaneously in several casinos. Sorry, but we donโ€™t see any new constructive arguments in what you wrote above.

1. We already explained to you the difference between a studio video and the game interface. Maybe this is new information for you, but delays happen in any online broadcast. If the studio video shows one thing and the game interface shows another, then with high probability this is a problem/delay on the side of the game provider or the user. We havenโ€™t received the providerโ€™s explanation about this yet, but we will let you know when anything becomes known. It would be more correct to answer your demand for a refund of all deposits after we receive full information from the provider.

2. You can see the full statistics of deposits and payouts for all time in your personal account. In your first screenshot itโ€™s visible that you apparently didnโ€™t scroll to the end of the page where your very first transactions are visible. Again we ask you to explain what we supposedly cut, cleaned, etc. โ€“ everything should be in place.

We received a response from the provider Evolution, which confirms what we explained earlier.

In your video and on the screenshot there is a delay of the studio video compared to the gameโ€™s graphical interface. The provider performed all necessary checks and informed us that no errors or issues were found with your gaming session or the rounds you participated in. According to Evolutionโ€™s representatives, the video delay was observed on the userโ€™s side โ€“ this is primarily due to your internet connection.

We emphasize again: all game rounds completed correctly, and information from the Evolution system confirms that you were simply seeing a delay of the video compared to the interface. We attached a screenshot from the system showing the results of those adjacent rounds โ€“ 13 and 22.

In this case it is not a video swap, as the player claims, but a broadcast delay from the studio on the userโ€™s side. We believe there are no grounds for refunding deposits in this situation. By the way, the amount stated in the claim is also not accurate, even if you consider all of the playerโ€™s deposits for the entire time of play.

Screenshots of the official responses from Evolution support were sent to the player by e-mail. They contain the providerโ€™s response itself, as well as all information about that game round and its results. If necessary, we will also provide this data to the administration.

We would like to remind you of the following rules, which the player agreed to when registering at our casino:
