I played at this casino on December 18. I didn’t use any bonuses. The deposit was made in cryptocurrency. I won a little money, requested a withdrawal and immediately sent all the documents for verification.
In chat they told me that withdrawals take up to 3 days! Oh god, where did I end up, I thought. But I decided to wait.
After 3 days nothing changed. On the 4th day they sent me a message saying I need a statement from a regional bank, not a screenshot. But you can’t upload a pdf on the site, and all the other softswiss casinos accepted a screenshot.
Okay, I sent the document. Another day of silence. I write in chat, they tell me there is an answer, that they need more documents. But why then did no one email me? Weird. Now they are asking for screenshots of the payment method showing the site link and my first and last name. Let me remind you! I made the deposit using cryptocurrency. That’s an anonymous payment method! And I use an app, it doesn’t have a website.
I wrote that to them and asked how I can do that? They told me to contact crypto support. Facepalm..
I’m 100% sure they’re deliberately messing with me so I lose it all back. They ask for what I don’t have. They violate their own deadlines. And they ignore my emails and don’t write anything themselves.

Holy crap! They’ve already paid out! Thank you so much! I never thought you’d be able to help with a foreign company.
At first they wrote that everything was OK. Send a PDF file to the email and screenshots from the wallet. I sent everything. They wrote that they’ll check soon and everything will be fine. A day later they replied that nope, nothing fits and we don’t accept anything by email anyway, upload everything on the site. Although you can’t upload a PDF there, only a screenshot. And why should I send screenshots of Skrill and other stuff if I deposited with crypto. And the screenshots they themselves asked me to send from the wallet were rejected.
I don’t understand how they even get licenses.
Can anyone suggest what levers to use against them? No point writing to SoftSwiss and Curaçao, they don’t care. I filed a police report with the Curaçao police 2 days ago at their address and the licensee’s address about the fraud, but no response so far.
The sellout site, you know which one, of course rejects all complaints about the casino from the thread.
In chat they immediately disconnect if they see it’s me writing, and they still haven’t replied to email since Saturday.
I might not be so upset in another situation, but while I’m waiting for the withdrawal I lost all my money I had set aside for New Year in other casinos, being sure I would get a payout from this company.

Thanks a lot! I’ll be waiting. I don’t even know why I keep poking my nose in there. Every time I sign up at that dump from their thread and every time there are problems. But a ban for daring to leave a complaint – I totally didn’t expect that.
