Bons Casino: payout of 215 USD delayed since 12 April 2026
Complaint from vadimkinzzz to Bons Casino dated 4/13/26
The gist of the complaint: I decided to make a deposit at casino Bons, got free spins that gave 200 rub, I played them out, met the x3 wagering on the deposit, and requested a payout of 16,000 rub. Five hours passed so I wrote to support. They say the payout is under additional verification (complete scam). Also I couldn’t find a way to self-exclude on the site, which as far as I know violates the license rules. Support is ignoring my request about how to set self-exclusion. In any case after I withdraw the funds I’ll block my account there, and places like that should’ve been on the blacklist long ago.
