Complaint sent to the casino
They changed the status to “canceled”. And they set the new transaction to “manual”, not to my details and the status “successful”, while there is no money and the remaining 2 rubles disappeared from the account. They still don’t reply by email. Most likely they will stay silent or write “bonus not wagered” – but the bonus was wagered by more than 110%, and withdrawing funds with an unwagered bonus is impossible there. It is leaning toward a complete scam: they make the first withdrawal, and the rest they put in their pocket. And I was even going to take part in their referral program. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ban my account
