Calibry Casino: my $10 deposit has not arrived since 20/03/2024
Complaint from nickkites to Calibry Casino dated 3/21/24
Hello, on March 20 during the day I made a deposit, I did a transfer to the card through Piastrix, support said that this was allowed so I could get the bonus. But the deposit never came through. On the payment page I had to click the “paid” button, but I was waiting for the money to be transferred from Piastrix and did not click it, and when I went back to the site the page refreshed and it said something like payment error. I made the deposit this way specifically for the bonus. Everything is in the screenshots. The support chat is not working, I have left them messages about 5 times since yesterday, wrote to two emails, wrote to the Telegram bot, and nowhere do they answer. Please help with crediting the deposit and the bonus.

Complaint sent to the casino
I sent the PPH code in Pistrix as confirmation of payment. I attached a PDF file to support in a message, and radio silence.
They replied that nothing in the document should be redacted. I opened the PDF file, the info at the top is hidden. I was given a file like that by Piastix, I don’t know what to do.
They gave a different one, I didn’t get the point of what they were blurring out there, but I sent it to support by email.
And silence…
The bonus I made the deposit for has already been forfeited. I activated the next one. Been sitting at home all day, checked their site like 20 times, the support chat wasn’t working, no emails.
Total ignore, no hello, no reply. I sent everything that was needed and that I could. Now while they’re getting their act together another bonus will burn – so why did I even make a deposit there in the first place.
Here’s the situation – I don’t know what to do. I managed to chat with support for a couple of minutes, but after 5 minutes they went on break again, so my issue wasn’t resolved.

I’d love to, but Piastrix doesn’t provide that…
Here’s what they provided. And accordingly the date and time of the transaction in Piastrix. If the Kalibri managers had wanted to, they obviously could’ve checked the payment using that data.
